Fitness / Middle finger

What do you want to be able to do?

Fitness begins with participation in your own life: the energy, mobility, attention, and capacity you need for what matters to you. Start with your actual circumstances and an action that is appropriate for you.

A useful place to begin

The useful comparison is with what your life asks of you. Someone else's body or routine cannot tell you what your next step should be.

What part of my life would I like to have more capacity for?

Choose one appropriate way to support your capacity: a manageable movement break, a quieter wind-down, or asking for guidance.

Take it into your week

Write a few honest sentences, then choose one action that is in your control. Decide when it could happen. Come back afterward and notice what you learned.

This area connects to the rest of your life. Ask who or what makes it worth your attention. Your answer belongs to you.
